Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Servers Sentinel (the Service), operated by File Master LLC, Serena app., office C13, Golden Sands, Varna 9007, Bulgaria, VAT 180842207 (we, us). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

Servers Sentinel collects operational metrics and security events from servers you control, stores them, evaluates alert rules against them, and presents the result in a web panel. You install our agent on your own hosts; we do not access your servers by any other means.

We may change, add or remove features. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan you are on, we will tell you by e-mail before it takes effect.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for everything done under it.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials, enrollment tokens and API tokens secret. Tell us promptly if you believe any of them has been exposed.
• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• One person or organisation may hold multiple workspaces; entitlements are counted per workspace, not per person.

Plans, trials and billing

Plans and their limits are published on our pricing section. The Free plan covers one server and does not require a card. Every workspace is additionally entitled to one 14-day trial of the Pro plan, with no card and nothing to cancel - when it ends the workspace returns to Free.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment providers. Auto-renewal is on by default and can be turned off at any time on the Billing page; turning it off keeps the plan running to the end of the period already paid for.

• Currency and taxes. Prices are shown excluding taxes unless the checkout states otherwise. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added by the payment provider at checkout.
• Failed payments. A subscription that cannot be renewed moves to a grace period. If it is still unpaid when the grace period ends, the workspace is downgraded to Free. Your monitoring data is preserved; paid features stop working.
• Refunds. Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, provided the plan was not used to monitor more servers than the Free plan allows during that period.
• Add-on server slots are billed alongside the plan and are not included in the trial.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• install the agent on hosts you do not own or are not authorised to administer;
• use the Service to attack, probe or disrupt systems you are not authorised to test;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us;
• attempt to bypass plan entitlements, rate limits or the licensing checks in the agent or the API;
• upload unlawful content, or use the Service in breach of export controls or sanctions.

We may suspend a workspace that is causing harm to the Service or to third parties. Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first.

Your data

You keep all rights in the data your agents send. We process it to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and, where you act as a controller under the GDPR, the Data Processing Addendum.

You can export your data through the API for as long as your workspace exists. After a workspace is deleted, backups age out within 30 days.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available but do not offer an uptime guarantee on the plans published on this site. Support runs by e-mail at tech.support@recoverytoolbox.com; paid plans are answered first.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. Monitoring reduces the time it takes to notice a failure; it does not prevent one. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damage arising from an incident on your servers, whether or not the Service alerted you to it.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian or EU law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate this agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach of the Acceptable Use section. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Varna have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
